 The IL Fiore Restaurant in Collingswood, NJ crafted a Taste of Italy event with a five-course menu and a matching wine list complete with a Sommelier explaining how each wine matched the course they were being served.   The event also included an Opera Singer,  and traditional Tarantella Dancing.
